If you share them - that's your problem.

Most settings on your profile are set to public. Who can see you, who can share, chat, post etc ..... all public. If you dont want everyone seeing you and what you are doing, change the settings in your profile.

Just be aware though, that there really is no such thing as 'private' on the internet, as everything that you do, see and interact with on the internet is visible to someone else, somewhere. So don't post, share or access stuff that you do not want others to see. That rule applies here too. While you can set everything to private, your actions and access are still transferred to the site via a publicly accessible network.
